Access to the Flex Connect platform powered by Simple Financial, LLC, offering integrated CRM, marketing automation, sales funnel optimization, and a unified messaging system. Flex Connect provides a user-friendly interface and customizable templates to streamline marketing efforts and enhance customer engagement.

 

Subscription Fee:

$497 per month (Auto Deducted).

 

Billing Cycle:

Monthly, starting from the date of subscription activation.

 

Payment Method:

The credit card on file will be automatically charged monthly.

 

2. Marketing Services:


Service Description:

Comprehensive digital marketing services, including SEO, social media management, and content creation.

 

Service Fee:

$2597 per month traditionally, auto-deducted and associated with the specific invoice.

 

Billing Cycle:

Month-to-month billing, beginning from the date services commence.

 

3. Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of digital services and subscription-based software,

refunds are not available once services are rendered

or access to the platform has been granted. Any cancellations or pauses in services must adhere to the cancellation policy outlined below.

 

4. Cancellation and Pause Policy:
Cancellation Policy:You may discontinue services with a 7-day written notice prior to the start of the next billing cycle. Once canceled, services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for early cancellations during an active billing cycle.Pause Policy:You may pause services with a 7-day written notice. During this period, no services will be rendered, and no fees will be charged. Services can be reactivated at any time, and the billing cycle will be adjusted to reflect the new activation date.

 

5. Reactivation:
Upon reactivation of services, the billing cycle will reset based on the new activation date. Fees will be prorated for the first billing cycle post-reactivation.

 

6. Service Modifications:
Full Flex Marketing reserves the right to update the terms of service and modify features or functionality based on market trends, customer feedback, and other factors. Customers will be notified in advance of any significant changes to the terms or services.

 

7. Payment and Billing Discrepancies:
Please note that charges for the Flex Connect platform subscription ($297 per month) may appear on your bank statement under different descriptions, including but not limited to:
